Last updated: 29 October 2026. These terms cover this website only. Membership, the EdTech Review Framework and NaaceMark have their own terms, which you agree to when you sign up.

This website is run by Naace, the National Association for Education Technology, a registered charity in England & Wales (no. 1060683). By using the site you accept these terms.

Using this website

You may use this website for your own information and for your work in education. Please do not misuse it — for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or interfering with how the site works.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors.

Copyright and content

The content on this website — including text, the Naace name and logo, the EdTech Review Framework and NaaceMark materials — belongs to Naace or is used with permission. You may print or download extracts for personal or non-commercial educational use, provided you credit Naace. Any other use needs our written permission.

Photographs used on this site are licensed stock images and are not covered by that permission.

Information on this site

Articles, research and guidance on this site are provided for general information. They are not professional advice, and you should take your own advice before acting on them. Views expressed by contributors to the Advancing Education Journal and our blog are their own.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, including those of our partners and assessors, because we think they will be useful. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse a product or service. Arrangements made directly between a school and an assessor or partner are a matter between those parties.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
